Welcome to My Kitchen!
Back in the early days I used to enjoy expensive lunches in New York City with my then agent and editor. It was a thrilling time. I was young, had money in the bank, and for a time, was the toast of New York with my new book, The Innocent (As Catch Can).
Later on, after I became more established, I envisioned daily martini lunches at Jack’s Steak House down in Albany, everyday.
Of course, the reality of the writer’s lunch is much different. Usually it’s a cup of soup at my desk while I put in the word count. Pretty glamorous, huh? And for dinner? More often than not, it’s some sort of take-away. Sushi anyone????
That said, come on into my kitchen and take a gander at what I eat and drink.
