I hooked a left onto the road outside the facility. The road was bookended on both sides by all-brick buildings that at one time must have housed Albany’s industrial empire. By the looks of it, they had been steel mills and lumber yards. But now, all the old buildings were boarded up, with For Sale signs nailed to the front doors. If the storage facility was a ghost town, this was worse.
