What Writers Eat: Porchetta Panini in the USA
It's tough to find what I might consider normal Italian street food in Upstate NY for obvious reasons. But this is me trying to create my favorite Tuscan sandwich regardless. Believe me, I created quite a fuss today in the local Italian Import store. But they are good sports.
