What Writers Eat
It's May 31m and 49-degrees F outside so that means comfort food. I'm not in Florence at present but at least I can bring Florence home to me with a simple dish made with pancetta, peas, and linguine. Of course, the ingredients here cost $30 (40 EU), as opposed to half that in Italy, but so worth it.
